O Lord, Do Not Delay
O God, come quickly to deliver me. O Yahweh, come quickly to help me!
Let those who seek my soul be put to shame and humiliated. Let those who delight in my distress be turned back in dishonor.
Let them be turned because of their shame who say, “Aha! Aha!”
Let all those who seek you celebrate and rejoice in you. Yes, let those who love your salvation continually say, “Let God be magnified!”
But I am afflicted and needy. Come to me quickly, O God. You are my help and my deliverer. O Yahweh, do not delay!
