Sing to the Lord a New Song
Praise Yah! Sing to Yahweh a new song; his praise in the assembly of faithful people.
Let Israel rejoice in his creator; let the children of Zion be joyful in their king!
Let them praise his name with dancing; let them make music to him with tambourine and lyre!
For Yahweh takes pleasure in his people; he will beautify the afflicted with salvation.
Let the faithful people triumph in glory; let them shout for joy on their beds!
Let the high praises of God be in their throats, yes, a two-edged sword in their hand,
to execute vengeance among the nations, punishments upon the peoples,
to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with iron fetters,
to execute on them the judgment, as it is written; it is an honor for all his faithful people. Praise Yah!
