Those who trust in Yahweh are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but remains forever.
As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so Yahweh surrounds his people from this time forth and forever.
For the scepter of wickedness will not come to rest over the allotted land to the righteous, so that the righteous will not put forth their hands in injustice.
Do good, O Yahweh, to those who are good, yes, to those who are upright in their heart.
But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, may Yahweh lead them away with the workers of wickedness. May peace be upon Israel.
